What Does Payix Incorporated Do with Your Personal Information?

Google Ads 

The remarketing or similar audiences feature in Google Ads allows you to reach people who previously visited your website, and match the right people with the right message. While remarketing can be a great way to attract past visitors back to your site, you should inform these people that you gather information for remarketing or similar audiences on your website. 

Google Ad Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you. 

If you do not wish to participate in our Google AdWords Remarketing, you can opt out by visiting Google’s Ads Preferences Manager.

AdRoll 

We may occasionally collect user data by placing a cookie on a user’s browser for targeted advertising policies. The service we use to deploy these ads is called AdRoll.  

You can opt out of receiving targeted ads served by us or on our behalf by clicking here.  

Please note that, if you delete your cookies or upgrade your browser after having opted out, you will need to opt out again. Further, if you use multiple browsers or devices you will need to execute this opt out on each browser or device.  

If you opt-out we may collect some data about your online activity for operational purposes (such as fraud prevention) but it won’t be used by us for the purpose of targeting ads to you.

We use Google Analytics to track visitors on our website and to get reports about how visitors use the website. We accepted the data processing agreement from Google. We don’t allow Google to use information obtained by Analytics for other Google services, and we anonymize the IP-addresses.

We take security measures to reduce misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. We take the following measures in particular:

  • Access to personal data requires the use of a user name and password
  • Access to personal data requires the use of a user name and login token
  • We make use of secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer of SSL) to encrypt all information between you and our website when entering your personal data
  • We keep logs of all requests for personal data
